Miratech is pleased to announce to have signed a partnership agreement with Oracle, effective July 2009. Oracle products are nothing new to Miratech; the company has long and tight deployed them in its work and developments. Some 20 per cent of Miratech workforces are trained to work with Oracle products; it is authenticated with Verification and Validation Engineer and Database Administrator certificates. The signing of Oracle PartnerNetwork agreement (OPN) promotes Miratech cooperation with the corporation to a new level. Indeed, OPN with its more than 20,000 members worldwide stipulates governance and manageability of tools designed to help IT Professionals provide both more efficient solution deployment and out-of-the-box functionality of their Oracle based developments.
Barcelona; June 9-11, 2009 G-Force 2009 User Conference, held by Genesys in Barcelona, Spain on June 9-11 is the company's most important international event to give an insight into the industry trends, IT strategies and solutions combined with the hand-on expertise of contact center managers, IT professionals and customer service executives to provide end user with leverage for the competitiveness of his company and efficient cost management. The themes of the conference this year were on innovations, the most recent offerings from Genesys, new business models and technologies to converge solutions, customers and vendors.
On December 25 the General Staff Meeting was held at Miratech to present the annual report on operating results in reciprocating year and to share Miratech plans for the year to come.
To get together in one place, which is different from the working environment, seems to become a tradition at Miratech. And if not, it's positively something Miratech team has grown accustomed to through the years not for nothing.
Miratech joined the European Business Association (EBA) in September 2008. Established in 1999 the EBA brings together about 750 European, including national and international companies and offers its members a broad scope of services: from lobbing through B2B to information partnership.
Miratech Chief Executive Officer Valeriy Kutsyy and Miratech President Mykola Royenko were invited to visit EDB from May 21 through 23. The days they spent at the EDB Headquarters were full of events.
