James Coleman is a senior marketing leader with nearly two decades of experience building and scaling global marketing functions across the world’s leading data, analytics, and information services businesses. Most recently, he served as SVP and Head of Go-to-Market at Nielsen and orchestrated marketing across North America, EMEA, and APAC, developing growth programs and go-to-market strategies that drove commercial growth and turned complex propositions into market-leading positions. Earlier he held senior roles at Gartner, where he helped build the international marketing function and was part of the team that navigated the landmark CEB acquisition, and at RX Global/Elsevier.
Through these roles, James has led every marketing discipline, from demand generation and ABM to product marketing, external communications, and sales enablement.
Justin Kearney is responsible for the People functions at Miratech. Prior to Miratech, Justin led the people function for Logicalis, an international IT services business, enabling business growth with Logicalis doubling in size during his tenure, as well as digitalizing the HR functions, and developing an international HR leadership team. Prior to Logicalis, Justin learned HR best practices from businesses such as GE, Sainsburys, and Invensys in a variety of industries.
Justin’s primary focus is to lead and cultivate Miratech’s organizational culture, strengthen employee engagement, and design and implement people practices that will enable sustained growth for our company.
Justin holds a BA degree in Psychology, an MA degree in Business Management, and a diploma in Personnel and Development.
Mark Page is a senior business leader and entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience building, funding, and transforming organizations across Europe. Over 16 years at Kearney, he advised clients in the tech and telecom sectors, was elected three times as a Global Board Member, and served as UK Managing Partner and EMEA co-lead, overseeing finance and operations for a $500M business across 15+ countries. He has since co-founded and led the finance function of high-growth ventures, raising five financing rounds that built €280M enterprise value.
Mark holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a first-class BA in Modern Languages from the University of Cambridge. Based in Berlin, Mark is fluent in English and German, and is a board member of the Barbican Centre in London.
