Our Leadership Team harkens back to some of the greatest engineers and scientists. From its origin in European roots to its current status as a US-based company, Miratech has always been dedicated to employing some of greatest technological minds in the industry.
Board Members
Mark Iwashko
Chairman of the Board

Mr. Iwashko is a highly experienced private equity professional with over 22 years of practice in the industry. In 2006, he co-founded Horizon Capital, a private equity fund with over $600 million of assets under management, and led Horizon’s investment function as Chief Investment Officer throughout his career there. Mr. Iwashko left Horizon Capital in 2013 to establish Diligent Capital Partners and currently co-manages the independent mid-market private equity firm. Throughout his career, Mr. Iwashko has put significant efforts in promoting good corporate governance, having served on over 30 boards in privately held and publicly listed companies as well as NGO’s.

Previously, Mr. Iwashko held management positions in consulting, manufacturing, and technology industries in the United States. He received his Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Harvard Business School in 1991, a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois in 1984 and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado in 1983.

Valeriy Kutsyy
Board Member

Valeriy Kutsyy holds a Master of Science in Applied Mathematics and an Executive MBA and joined Miratech in 1998 as a software engineer. He advanced through a range of positions with increasing responsibilities and began serving as CEO in January 1, 2008. Valeriy also is a member of the Metro New York chapter of the World Presidents’ Organization (WPO). In 2017, he completed Harvard Business School Executive Education program for Leading Global Businesses.

Dan Pasko
Board Member

Mr. Pasko has over 15 years of experience in PE, angel investment, and entrepreneurial ventures. He served as a Principal at Horizon Capital, a private equity fund with assets under management of over $600 million. After leaving Horizon in 2013, he established Diligent Capital Partners where he currently acts as a co-managing Partner. Dan is an experienced board member previously participating or chairing boards at Bostovan Wineries, Nova Poshta, Allseeds and Preply. He obtained his MBA from Harvard Business School in 2010 and Master of Finance from KNEU in 2007.

Nikolay Royenko
Board Member

After a highly successful academic career in IT, Nikolay founded Miratech in 1989 and developed the company into an IT leader in the industry with qualified personnel and international projects and representation. He subsequently served as Miratech’s CEO until December 1999.

Mr. Royenko obtained his Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology in 1980, and his PhD in Computer Science from V.M. Glushkov Institute of Cybernetics of NAS of Ukraine in 1983.

From 1983 to 1989, Nikolay served as Head of Laboratory and Deputy Director at the Institute of Software Systems of NAS of Ukraine. Mr. Royenko was a visiting researcher at the University of Zurich, and participated in the Young Scientists Summer Program at the International Institute for Applied System Analysis in Vienna, Austria.

In 2004, Nikolay was elected Charter President at IT Ukraine, a leading industrial IT association, and was subsequently reelected four times in a row.

Advisory Board Members
Brien Biondi
Non-Executive Director, Advisory Board Member

Brien Biondi became a member of the Board in 2016. He is Certified Public Account who received his Bachelor of Science in Business Management before going on to receiving his MBA in the same concentration. A U.S.-based innovative leader, Brien has extensive expertise in finance, operations, governance and entrepreneurship. He currently has over 25 years of experience in business management, the last 12 serving in such roles as CEO, Executive Director and President.

Stewart H. Christ
Non-Executive Director, Advisory Board Member

Stewart H. Christ has been a Board member since 2013 and is the head of Miratech Business Development in North America. With more than 30 years of experience in business development, management and technical skills, his role is primarily to support corporate leadership in the execution of Miratech’s business development strategies in the US markets. Stewart is also a chapter chairman from the Washington D.C. and Baltimore chapters of the World Presidents’ Organization and a graduate of the Young Presidents’ Organization. Stewart’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance.

Eric Entzeroth
Non-Executive Director, Advisory Board Member

Eric Entzeroth is a seasoned technology sales and operations executive with 30 years of experience delivering enterprise software solutions to the communications, finance, manufacturing, retail and government industries. Mr. Entzeroth most recently served as Senior Vice President of Global Accounts and Senior Vice President of Americas Field Operations for Genesys from 2004-2017. Prior to Genesys, Mr Entzeroth worked in senior sales and operations roles at Sprint, Unisys, Informix, and CommerceQuest/ICG.

Mr. Entzeroth received his B.S. in Accounting and his MBA from Avila University in 1981 & 1987 respectively.

Félix Mauron
Non-Executive Director, Advisory Board Member

Félix Mauron became a member of the Board in 2014. He brings over 20 years of experience in finance and leadership, currently serving as CEO and Board member for Abraxas Informatik AG, a Swiss ICT company offering a wide range of services for public administration authorities. Mauron’s educational background includes accounting and controlling certification with program completion in management and leadership.

Matt Stocker
Non-Executive Director, Advisory Board Member

During his 25-year career within the telecommunications and IT industries, Matt has held various senior leadership positions with market leading technology providers such as Cable & Wireless, Genesys, Alcatel-Lucent and, currently, IPC. During his tenure at Genesys, Matt served as Vice President of Customer Care, EMEA, delivering world-class customer service to Fortune Global 500 businesses directly and via a network of leading system integrators and Telco’s. He evolved the Genesys Care brand and drove incremental recurring revenues. While at Alcatel-Lucent, Matt led large integration and efficiency efforts, and developed models to improve customer services that optimize budgets.

Michael Smith
Chief Marketing Officer

Michael is a proven innovator and leader, and his work concentrates on the branding and repositioning of products and services in the high-tech, healthcare, financial services, retail, manufacturing, and child welfare/human services industries. His focus is on building Miratech’s market share through the use of long term strategic branding, supported by the company’s heritage, core strengths and international partner community. As an expert in the field of interactive development, social media and web-based marketing models, he has developed online strategies for key brands such as Canon and ADP. He has served in various Board capacities at the World Presidents’ Organization (WPO). Michael is especially proud of this leadership of Stewards of Change™, a business with a social mission: to enable human service agencies to take social change to scale and improve the outcomes for the children and families they serve.

Sergey Reznichenko
Senior Vice-President, Global Delivery

Sergey Reznichenko has a background in engineering and business economics and worked at another IT company before joining Miratech in July 2005 as a project manager. He continued to progress through the ranks, serving as the Director of the Department of Project Management since 2008 and was appointed Vice-President of Service Delivery in 2010.

Elena Kofanova
Senior Vice-President, Finance

Elena Kofanova has a Bachelor’s in Industrial Accounting and worked in a variety of senior management positions for major global brands such as Adidas, Arthur Andersen, Hudson Global Resources, Kimberly-Clark, and Oriflame. With over 20 years of finance and auditing experience, Elena possess strong skills in accounting, cash flow analysis and optimization, budgeting, forecasting and KPI management, SOX compliance audit and IFRS. She brought her expertise to Miratech in June 2012 as a financial manager and was promoted to Vice-President of Finance in 2015.

Olga Skydan
Senior Vice-President, Corporate services

Olga Skydan holds a Master’s of Science in automatics and computer control systems, an Executive MBA, and a Ph.D. in mathematic modeling. She launched her career in IT at a product development company in 1998 and became the organization’s CEO in 2006. She joined Miratech in 2014 as Vice-President of Business Development in Telecommunications and became responsible for the engineering and recruiting organizations within Miratech at the beginning of 2015.

Stewart Christ
Senior Vice-President, Business Development

Stewart H. Christ heads Miratech Business Development in North America. With more than 30 years of experience in business development, management and technical skills, his role is primarily to support corporate leadership in the execution of Miratech’s business development strategies in the US markets. Matthew Ainsworth
Chief Revenue Officer

Matthew Ainsworth served as the Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Empirix Inc., a privately held company, specializing in the end-to-end test automation, service performance monitoring, assurance and analytics. He was also responsible for the enterprise strategy and go to market of Empirix Testing as a Service (ETaaS) cloud offering, global alliances building OEM/Joint offerings with the leaders in communications.
