Grievance Process

Miratech is committed to providing a fair and transparent process for addressing concerns related to actions or behavior that could potentially result in non-compliance with the applicable law, regulations or Miratech policies. Miratech seeks to maintain a culture free of unethical business conduct, fraud, or corruption through compliance with Miratech’s Code of Conduct, other applicable policies and the law. We encourage all individuals or corporations associated with us, whether employees, sub-contractors, private entrepreneurs, consultants, vendors, customers or any other parties, to report concerns regarding possible misconduct, conflicts, or violations of our Code of Conduct, company policies or the law.   What can you do if you should have a grievance?   For all external parties and for those who might find it challenging to address their concerns via appropriate corporate channels, you are strongly encouraged to send your good faith concern or grievance via email to Miratech.Grievance@miratechgroup.com Alternatively, you can submit, if you wish, anonymously, any good faith grievance via this external submissions channel: link to MS Form.  As supported by applicable law, Miratech will ask for contact details and consent for the processing of personal information. Please note that anonymous reporting could impede or complicate the investigation of a grievance and possibly prevent the appropriate action be taken. Miratech encourages all parties to consider identifying themselves to assist in validating the grievance and answering any necessary follow up questions. Please ensure that your complaint or grievance are factual and contain as much specific information permitting the proper assessment of the nature, extent and urgency of the alleged issue. The Compliance Committee and/or the designated person will handle grievances and manage consultations independently and with respect for those involved. They will keep the matter confidential and only share information on a need-to-know basis and with utmost discretion. Miratech will not tolerate any retaliation against those reporting in good faith a breach or participating in an investigation.  However, as required and as supported by the law, the company might have to disclose information related to grievance to authorities or other stakeholders with a need to know during investigations or legal proceedings.
