OCTOBER 30, 2019, NEW YORK – Miratech Group, a global IT services and consulting organization, hosted the North American session of their annual symposium M-Force that took place in New York City on October 23-24.
Supported through Miratech’s ecosystem of industry leaders, M-Force19 North America provided an excellent platform for collaboration among partners, startups, investors, and global enterprises to explore the theme of the conference, value innovation, as well as discuss how technology has evolved in the last decade.
The conference began with R&D4Equity Pitch Night, a program designed by Miratech that connects startups, global corporations, and investors. The pitch session was held on October 23rd in partnership with SAP Next-Gen at their facility in Hudson Yards.
15 selected startups presented their visionary ideas, including emotion synthesis microchip (EPU) technology, design collaboration platform, AR/VR monetization platform, cloud platform for augmented reality (AR) apps, and more. The winner startup received a free technology consulting session from Miratech’s most seasoned experts and a chance to enter the company’s R&D4Equity Program. The pitch night culminated with a networking session where all startups received valuable feedback and connected with investors, technologists, and potential clients.
Tejune Kang, an innovative technology entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience leading global enterprise technology application implementations, keynoted the conference on the following day with his presentation titled “Technology – 10 Year Out and How We Got Where We Are”. Tejune provided an overview of the pace and timeline around tech innovation: how fast technology moves; autonomous vehicles, self-driving cars, Blockchain, IoT, AI; the pace of change and the ability of corporations to adjust to it.
In addition, an international panel of customer experience leaders went deep into the different approaches currently underway, focusing on what successful enablement of CX looks like. The panelists included global CX leaders: Emily Drenis of Miratech, Chris Duncan of Sprint, Musa Hanhan of Genesys, Eric Entzeroth of Miratech, Jim Wessel of Miratech.
The event featured eight world-class speakers and international leaders, including Jeremy Glaser of Mintz, Oliver Mitchell of ff Venture Capital, Karthikeyan Natesan Ramamurthy of IBM Thomas J Watson Research Center, Magnus Penker of Innovation360, and Joshua Cohen of GIANT Innovation, who shared their insights on digital transformation and its ability to transform customer experience and employee engagement, cyber security, AI, AR, and other global technology trends.
