September 22, 2005 - Today Miratech has successfully passed technical audit and once again confirmed that its Quality Management System complies with ISO 9001:2000 standard requirements. We remind that the company was certified for the first time in 2001, and according to the procedure has to undergo technical audit annually to confirm its status of a certified company.

Miratech is proud to announce that Siemens has recently joined its honorable clients list. Near two years ago Miratech applied for IT outsourcing partnership with Siemens. Later it was tough competition among few leading IT outsourcing suppliers to be short-listed. Miratech successfully accomplished all criteria and procedures and completed a small pilot project. It is worth to mention that Siemens and Miratech both have CMM Level 3 engineering organization, so companies' managers and technical staff enjoy using the same language and work culture.

It is announced today that Genesys has named Miratech its authorized Value Added Reseller. As a Genesys partner Miratech will deliver the whole range of solutions for Genesys' Call- and Contact-centers.

Ajay Kabra, QAI India Ltd and SEI (Software Engineering Institute) Authorized CMMI Lead Assessor visited Miratech to perform the gap analysis of the processes within the organization. The detailed audit report has been submitted to Miratech by Ajay. Upon competition of audit, Ajay was excited with the commitment of Miratech team to quality and process improvement and with multiple know-how implemented and practiced by Miratech.

Miratech selects QAI India, the world leading software process consulting and certification organization, as a consulting partner to prepare Miratech for SEI CMMI Level 5 assessment. This is the second Miratech project with QAI. The first Miratech project with QAI resulted in successful CMM Level 3 appraisal at the end of year 2003.
