Miratech has opened a second R&D center in the European Union, located in Ko_ice, the Slovak Republic. Miratech plans to grow its size to 50 peope within a year.

This month, Matt Stocker became a member of Miratech's Advisory Board. Based in the U.K., Matt brings vital international guidance and support to the management team around operational excellence and market development in the UK and EMEA region.

Miratech, a leading IT outsourcing provider, has been ranked at number 82 on the 2014 Global Outsourcing 100 list, which is prepared each year by the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP). The list recognizes the world's best outsourcing service providers and advisors; rankings are based on applications received and evaluated by an independent judging panel organized by IAOP.

Miratech will attend and serve as a Silver Sponsor at the Nordic IT Sourcing & Innovation Forum 2014. The forum organized by the Nordic ITOSDA and Outsource Magazine will be held May 22-23 at the City Conference Center in Stockholm. Miratech will have an informational booth, and meetings with forum participants.

Oracle Recognizes Miratech for Expertise in Delivering and Implementing Oracle Hyperion Financial Management 11, Oracle Database 11g, and Oracle Database 11g Performance Tuning.

Kristoffer V. Grude, who recently joined Miratech as a strategic advisor, is one of the originators of the well-known project management method, Goal Directed Project Management (GDPM). Grude coauthored Goal Directed Project Management: Effective Techniques and Strategies, which has been on the market for 30 years. It is dedicated to internal training programs on leadership and management, and is used at colleges and universities worldwide.

This month, Felix Mauron became a member of Miratech's Advisory Board. Currently CEO and board member at Abraxas Informatik AG, Mauron has many years of experience in finance and leadership with companies in banking and industry. Abraxas Informatik is a Swiss ICT company offering a broad range of services for public administration authorities and medium-sized enterprises.

Miratech has been selected by the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP) for inclusion in The 2014 Global Outsourcing 100 list. This is the second year that Miratech has been chosen as a top outsourcing service provider. Rankings will be unveiled in the Fortune 500 issue of FORTUNE magazine later this year, in a special advertising feature produced by IAOP.
