He has more than 25 years of experience in boutique consulting firms and as an independent consultant. His areas of excellence include PMO, Business Intelligence, Big Data as a Service, Offshore Sourcing, Front/Middle office implementations, Compliance, eComm Surveillance, Open Source Stack, and Blockchain. Joseph’s company, Salem Global Partners, with offices in New York, London, and Mumbai, provides strategic hires, resourcing and people-based consultancy services to banks, financial institutions, consulting firms, and technology vendors. He received his Bachelor’s Degree from Saint Michael’s College.
