Israel Ismail is an international legal executive with more than 20 years of experience in multinational technology-driven companies. Throughout his career, he has built and led high-performing legal teams across Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and the Americas, working closely with senior leadership in complex global business environments. His experience spans commercial and regulatory matters, corporate governance, compliance, M&A, and business transformation across the semiconductor, consumer electronics, healthcare, and lighting technology industries. Most recently, Israel served as SVP & Head of Legal, Americas at Signify, following several global and regional leadership roles at Signify and Philips.
He also brings experience leading digital and AI transformation within the legal function, developing practical frameworks, workflows, and governance models to support modern global organizations.
