Ajay Kabra, QAI India Ltd and SEI (Software Engineering Institute) Authorized CMMI Lead Assessor visited Miratech to perform the gap analysis of the processes within the organization. The detailed audit report has been submitted to Miratech by Ajay. Upon competition of audit, Ajay was excited with the commitment of Miratech team to quality and process improvement and with multiple know-how implemented and practiced by Miratech.
In December, 2003 Miratech was assessed to be at SEI SW-CMM Level 3 and now strives to achieve CMMI Level 5. During the visit, Ajay Kabra worked to reveal all the existing process gaps to assist Miratech to institutionalize practices in line with CMMI Level 5 model.
The results of gap analysis make Miratech and QAI India believe in a successful CMMI Level 5 assessment in 2005.
