Kristoffer V. Grude, who recently joined Miratech as a strategic advisor, is one of the originators of the well-known project management method, Goal Directed Project Management (GDPM). Grude coauthored Goal Directed Project Management: Effective Techniques and Strategies, which has been on the market for 30 years. It is dedicated to internal training programs on leadership and management, and is used at colleges and universities worldwide.
To celebrate the book’s 30th anniversary, Project Norway which studies project-oriented activities along with several other organizations, will hold a seminar to look at the method’s strengths, success stories, and future perspectives. Attendees will include representatives from over 30 large companies, including Miratech.
