November 18, 2022, NEW YORK – Miratech, global IT services and consulting organization, has addressed the Global Tech Advocates Summit (GTA), in Bangalore India, confirming its commitment to developing world-leading customer experience IT talent in the region and supporting the betterment of the global tech industry.
Sathiyakailash Suryanarayanan, Director of Operations, R&D India, was invited to address the latest GTA Summit ‘Namaste New India’ as a guest speaker. This was a result of the active cooperation between Miratech, the IT Ukraine Association, and Global Tech Advocates organization.
As a guest panel speaker Sathyakailash said, “Irrespective of the domain where you operate, you need to deliver great customer experience. This means you need to have data processing capability. We have bright talents in customer experience. Miratech is one of the pioneers in this field.”

Earlier this year, Miratech expanded its operation into India and is already employing over 100 engineers across the region. The company plans to continue its growth in India over the coming year.
