International legal executive brings more than 20 years of experience across global technology businesses.
New York, September 1, 2026 – Miratech, a leading global IT and CX services and consulting company, today announces the appointment of Israel Ismail as SVP Legal & General Counsel, effective September 1, 2026.
Israel brings more than 20 years of experience in multinational technology-driven companies and has built and led high-performing legal teams across Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and the Americas. His experience spans complex commercial matters, regulatory and compliance issues, corporate governance, M&A, and business transformation.
Most recently, Israel served as SVP & Head of Legal, Americas at Signify, leading Legal and Compliance across the United States, Canada, and Latin America. During his career with Signify and Philips, he held senior global and regional legal leadership roles and advised businesses operating across a wide range of international markets.
Israel has also led digital and AI transformation within a global legal function, developing frameworks, workflows, and governance structures designed to help Legal operate effectively in a fast-moving technology environment.
