New York, October 1, 2025 – Miratech, a leading global IT and CX services and consulting firm, today announces the appointment of Naveen Menon as Chief Operating Officer (COO), effective immediately.
Menon joins as the company accelerates its growth across key markets in North America, Europe, and Asia. He will spearhead key areas such as corporate strategy , mergers and acquisitions, special partnerships, new business investments and incubation, and organization-wide transformation initiatives.
Menon is a seasoned technology executive with more than 25 years of leadership experience across the technology, media, and telecommunications sectors. He has built and led global teams in organizations exceeding $1.5 billion in revenue, including serving as President of Cisco Southeast Asia, where he oversaw growth and operations in 10 countries, led the integration of Cisco’s landmark $28 billion Splunk acquisition, and launched Cisco’s Full Stack Observability SaaS. He also served on the Cisco Foundation Board, managing a $100 million global impact portfolio.
Prior to Cisco, Menon was a Senior Partner at Kearney, advising Fortune 500 executives on corporate strategy and leading the consulting firm’s global Social Impact practice. He holds multiple board and advisory roles with global tech companies and is a knowledge advisor to the World Economic Forum.
