New York, 1st June 2026 – Miratech, a leading global IT and CX services and consulting firm, today announces the appointment of Mark Page as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective June 1, 2026.
Page will lead Miratech’s global finance and legal function, with responsibility for financial strategy, capital markets, M&A, legal, and finance operations, serving as a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team as the company continues to grow across North America, Europe, and Asia.
Page is a serial entrepreneur and senior business leader with over 30 years of experience building, funding, and transforming organizations across Europe. Over 16 years at Kearney, he served as Global Board Member and UK Managing Partner, overseeing finance and operations for a $500M business across 15+ countries, he delivered a nine-percentage-point margin improvement over three years. He has since built hands-on entrepreneurial experience as a Co-Founder and CFO, leading five consecutive financing rounds that grew the business from a €1M seed investment to a €280M enterprise value.
Mark holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a first-class BA in Modern Languages from the University of Cambridge. He is fluent in English and German and is based in Berlin.
