Director of IT Department, Bank Forum
Cooperation between the IT department of Forum Bank and Miratech started in 2010, with consulting services regarding cost optimization for IT infrastructure maintenance. Following this project, the bank decided to
outsource its IT infrastructure operations. Based on tender, the bank chose two outsourcing companies; following a probation period, IT infrastructure operations were completely passed to Miratech.
Currently, Miratech provides maintenance and support services for workstations, a network infrastructure and server framework, telephony, client software, peripheral equipment, and an internet banking system. Miratech has participated actively in the bank’s migration to a virtual infrastructure. Due to Miratech’s service, we successfully and timely installed and customized thin clients at all 172 branches.
