While navigating these procedures can occasionally slow things down (as it does in any company), they bring essential structure and transparency to our operations. I appreciate that Miratech is a well-established company that continuously invests in its growth and in its people. That’s something I truly value about us! What I admire most is our leadership. It’s never dull here, and the company consistently provides strategic direction and a clear vision for the future, which is incredibly important to me.

Miratech has also played a significant role in supporting my professional growth and development. The company supported my decision to move to Canada six years ago and provided an opportunity to transition into Sales, helping grow our business in North America.
The global presence and cultural exchange with peers all around the world are what I find most inspiring about Miratech’s culture. I work with teams from the US, LATAM, Europe, and India daily! Even in a remote mode, our Employee Experience team runs tons of activities to keep us all engaged and familiar with each other!
I also enjoy our flexible schedules and the level of trust from my manager in how I operate. I feel that I’ve been given enough autonomy to manage my work-life balance. As long as I deliver results, my work hours are flexible!
