I love working at Miratech because I work with a wide range of people across various technical and business disciplines that provide unique perspectives on solution delivery for our clients. Miratech has enabled its people to do right by their clients while at the same time supporting people’s day-to-day challenges. People are always willing to learn new things and help others who are exploring new capabilities, either in technology or process design.
I found that the overall culture at Miratech fosters a willingness to learn and understand new technologies and design new processes to leverage and refine how and what they are doing on a day-to-day basis. Where in most organizations I’ve found a lot of resistance to change, here at Miratech, it is expected, encouraged, and engaged whenever an opportunity presents itself.
