During his 25-year career within the telecommunications and IT industries, Matt has held various senior leadership positions with market leading technology providers such as Cable & Wireless, Genesys, Alcatel-Lucent and, currently, IPC. During his tenure at Genesys, Matt served as Vice President of Customer Care, EMEA, delivering world-class customer service to Fortune Global 500 businesses directly and via a network of leading system integrators and Telco’s. He evolved the Genesys Care brand and drove incremental recurring revenues. While at Alcatel-Lucent, Matt led large integration and efficiency efforts, and developed models to improve customer services that optimize budgets.
