Kristoffer V. Grude has a Master of Science in Business and spent many years as a leader, business developer and owner, consultant, author, and lecturer. He has been strategic advisor to enterprises of all sizes, in the public as well as the private sector. He now serves as a strategic advisor to Miratech in Norway. Kristoffer is one of the originators of the Goal Directed Project Management (GDPM) method, and a coauthor of a book of the same name (still a bestseller in several languages after 30 years). GDPM is an effective method that is widely implemented as a standard within public and private enterprises, and used in college and university curriculums. He has authored several additional books that serve as the foundation for many internal training programs on leadership and management.
