Elena Zhylich holds a Master’s of Science in Radiophysics and a postgraduate diploma in Natural Sciences. She possesses vast experience in leading large-scale consulting engagements including software engineering, solution implementations, and Operational-level Agreements for leading companies. She joined Miratech in 2005 and led the development and launch of our End-User Support practice operating across 157 cities. In 2015, Miratech won Best European IT Outsourcing Project of the Year, where Elena played a key role. She was promoted to Vice-President of Business Development in Europe in the same year.
