Mr. Audickas has over 15 years of professional experience in investment banking, corporate banking, public administration, and management consulting. Adomas led the reform of state-owned enterprises in Lithuania as the Vice-Minister of Economy.
Adomas was the chair of the largest Lithuanian energy holding Lietuvos Energija, also was a member of the board of Giraites Ginkluotes Gamykla, Lithuanian State Property Fund and currently is the vice-chair of Main Gas Pipelines of Ukraine. Adomas is a co-founder and the president of Ukrainian Corporate Governance Academy.
Adomas holds a MBA from INSEAD, a BSc in finance from ICMA business school and BSc in mathematics from Vilnius University.
