It is announced today that Genesys has named Miratech its authorized Value Added Reseller. As a Genesys partner Miratech will deliver the whole range of solutions for Genesys' Call- and Contact-centers.

Ajay Kabra, QAI India Ltd and SEI (Software Engineering Institute) Authorized CMMI Lead Assessor visited Miratech to perform the gap analysis of the processes within the organization. The detailed audit report has been submitted to Miratech by Ajay. Upon competition of audit, Ajay was excited with the commitment of Miratech team to quality and process improvement and with multiple know-how implemented and practiced by Miratech.

Miratech selects QAI India, the world leading software process consulting and certification organization, as a consulting partner to prepare Miratech for SEI CMMI Level 5 assessment. This is the second Miratech project with QAI. The first Miratech project with QAI resulted in successful CMM Level 3 appraisal at the end of year 2003.

Miratech prepares its stand to attend CeBIT 2004 in Hanover, Germany (March 18 24, 2004). All customers, partners, and friends are welcome to visit Miratech stand A55 at Hall 5. More information about CeBIT can be found at www.cebit.de.

Miratech, a national leader in software and IT services industry, has been certified at Level 3 of SEI CMM. The SEI CMM assessment is the worldwide recognition of the mature production processes.

Miratech has expanded cooperation with one of its main customers Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories.

On April 25, 2003 Miratech has celebrated its 14th anniversary.

Miratech has announced today that World Bank chose Miratech to be its consulting and IT services provider for its project. In the next coming years, Miratech plans to accomplish several World Bank projects. Within the scope of projects Miratech will deliver IT consulting, system engineering and software engineering services. World Bank selected Miratech because of Miratech' unique experience to successfully work for both international and domestic organizations.
