Valeriy Kutsyy, Chief Executive Officer
Valeriy joined Miratech in 1998 as a software engineer and advanced through a range of positions with increasing responsibilities. He has served as CEO since January 1, 2008, and runs Miratech’s executive team.
He holds a Master of Science degree in applied mathematics with honors from Kyiv Taras Shevchenko University, and an Executive MBA from Kyiv Mohyla Business School. Valeriy is a member of the Metro New York Chapter of WPO (World President’s Organization) and the Kyiv Chapter of YPO (Young President’s Organization). In 2017, he completed the Harvard Business School Executive Education program for Leading Global Businesses.

 
Nikolay Royenko, President
After a highly successful 10-year academic career in IT, Nikolay founded Miratech in 1989 and led its progressive development into a major IT company with qualified personnel, international projects, and representation in Europe and the US.
He subsequently served as Miratech’s CEO until December 1999. 
Nikolay is also a board member of the IT Ukraine Association. He was first elected as President of the IT Ukraine Association in 2004, when the Association was founded, for a year-long term, and was re-elected in 2007 and 2015.
Sergey Reznichenko, Senior Vice-President, Global Delivery
Sergey Reznichenko started with Miratech in July 2005 as a project manager. Since January 2008 he has served as Director of the Department of Project Management. In October 2010, he was appointed VP, Service Delivery. Prior to Miratech, Sergey Reznichenko worked for the Ukrainian IT company SSI from 2004-2005. Sergey holds a radio engineer diploma from Zaporizhya Technical University and business economist diploma from Zaporizhya Engineering Academy.

 
Igor Goldenberg, Senior Vice-President, Business Development
Igor Goldenberg joined Miratech in December 2005 as a Senior Project Manager, was promoted to  Vice President, Engineering position in 2007   and to Vice President, Product and Program Management in 2012. Prior to Miratech Igor served as the Technical Director at Internet Gates (2003-2005) and the Chief Technical Officer at Ciklum (2001-2003).
He possesses experience in the management of software companies, strategic planning, project management, IT consulting, business processes reengineering.
Igor obtained a M.S. from the National Technical University of Ukraine (Kyiv Polytechnic Institute) and did his post-graduate coursework at the Institute of Energy Saving of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
 
 
Michael Smith, Chief Marketing Officer
Michael is a proven innovator and leader, and his work concentrates on the branding and re-positioning of products and services in the high-tech, healthcare, financial services, retail, manufacturing, and child welfare/human services industries. His focus is on building Miratech’s market share through the use of long term strategic branding, supported by the company’s heritage, core strengths and international partner community. 
As an expert in the field of interactive development, social media and web based marketing models he has developed on-line strategies for key brands such as Canon and ADP.  He has served in various Board capacities at the World Presidents’ Organization (WPO).  Michael is especially proud of this leadership of Stewards of Change™, a business with a social mission: to enable human service agencies to take social change to scale and improve the outcomes for the children and families they serve.

 
Elena Kofanova, Senior Vice-President, Finance
Elena Kofanova joined Miratech as Financial Manager in June 2012, was promoted to VP, Finance position in 2015. Prior to Miratech, Elena worked on senior management positions for major global brands, such as Adidas, Arthur Andersen, Hudson Global Resources, Kimberly-Clark, Oriflame. With over 20 years of finance and auditing experience Elena possesses strong practical skills in accounting, cash flow analysis and optimization, budgeting, forecasting and KPI management, SOX compliance audit and deep knowledge of IFRS. Elena holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Accounting from Kiev State Economics University.
 

 
Roman Dzvinka, Vice President, Global Sales
Roman Dzvinka joined the Miratech team in September 2013, as VP, Global Sales.
Having started his career in corporate banking at ING Barings in the late 1990s, Roman later shifted to software services. In 2004, he joined Kvazar-Micro Corporation where he was responsible for international business development. In 2010, Roman was appointed the director of a company business unit where he was a key business development driver in the U.S.
Roman has a Master’s degree in economics from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy.
 

 
Olga Skydan, Senior Vice-President, Global Sourcing
Olga joined Miratech in 2014 as VP, Business Development in Telecom. Starting in 2015, she became responsible for the engineering and recruiting organizations within Miratech. Olga started her career in 1998 with Ukrainian IT product development company InnoVinn, where she built her career and became the company’s CEO in 2006. She holds a Master of Science degree in automatics and computer control systems with honors from Vinnitsa National Technical University; a Ph.D. in mathematic modeling; and an Executive MBA from International Institute of Business, Ukraine.
 
Oleg Sergeev, Vice-President, IT & Infrastructure
Oleg joined Miratech in January 2010 as an IT Manager. In 2014 he was promoted to Information Technology Director and in October 2016 named VP, IT & Infrastructure. In his current role, Oleg leads the IT, administration and quality system functions where he leverages his extensive knowledge in organizing high performing service units, operational management, and IT service management. 
Oleg graduated from Kiev Military Institute of Communications and Control with diploma in Telecommunications, Automated Systems of Control, and obtained Ph.D. in Engineering Sciences in National Technical University of Ukraine, Kyiv.
 

 
Alexander Tarasenko, Director, Quality & Processes
Alexander Tarasenko joined Miratech in 1994 as a Software Engineer and was subsequently promoted to Configuration Manager and Software Analyst before being appointed to his present position in 2003. Alexander possesses extensive experience in software quality assurance, managing internal process implementation, and software and process and projects, including the management of CMM Level 3 certification at Miratech.
Alexander Tarasenko graduated from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology and passed a post-graduate course at the Institute of Cybernetics of Ukrainian Academy of Sciences.
 
Regional Management
 
Stewart Christ, North America
Stewart Christ heads Miratech Business Development in North America.
With more than 30 years of business experience with the wide range of business development, management and technical skills that are required in order to lead the growth Miratech, Mr. Christ is primarily responsible for supporting corporate leadership in the development and execution of business growth strategies in the North American market.
Stewart is a member of the Washington DC & Baltimore Chapter of WPO (World President’s Organization) and a “graduate” of YPO (Young President’s Organization).
Stewart’s education includes a Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering from The University of Michigan, and a Masters in Business Administration from Marymount University, with a concentration in Finance.

 
Hanif Younus, Western Europe
Mr. Younus is part of Miratech’s 2017 global expansion program. He is a strategically minded, results orientated professional with extensive experience in operations and technology, who plays a pivotal leadership role in the overall regional growth in the UK and Europe.
Hanif has over 35 years of experience in C-level positions mainly in the financial industry. He effectively managed major regional business units of Citibank in Pakistan, Russia, Ukraine and Poland , He also worked in Unicredit  and then   ran his own company, Hanif has a proven track record of implementing Oracle core banking systems, DWH, ERP, SAP for HR, and contact centers for retail.
Mr. Younus holds the Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan. 
 

 
Elena Zhylich, Central and Eastern Europe
Elena Zhylich joined Miratech in 2005. After a series of promotions, Miratech, in 2015, named her VP, Business Development for Eastern Europe. 
Elena has vast experience in leading large-scale consulting engagements including software engineering, solution implementations, and Operational-level Agreements for leading companies, such as Lindorff, Vodafone (MTS), Kyivstar (Telenor), Commerzbank. In addition, she led Miratech’s development and launch of their End-User Support practice operating across 157 cities. In 2015, Miratech won Best European IT Outsourcing Project of the Year, where Elena played a key role. 
Elena holds a degree of Master of Science in Radiophysics with honors and a postgraduate diploma in Natural Sciences from Belarusian State University.

 
David Arie, Israel
David joined Miratech in February 2015 to develop business strategy, contact financial institutions, supervise ongoing projects, and oversee staff and management for our Tel Aviv sales office. 
Since 1999, David has been managing IT companies, and is currently the CEO of Transfotech Ltd. (which he founded), and VP, Business Development at Family Office. He also founded and previously served as CEO for Intellectel Ltd., and WW Investments&Consulting Ltd. 
David graduated Ph.D. studies in Environmental Science and Environmental Economy, and an Master’s Degree in Engineering for Electric Grids and Systems.

 
Andriy  Baganich, Slovakia
Andriy  Baganich started working for Miratech in 2014.
Andriy’s career has included scientific research of Physical Department at Uzhgorod State University, sales, operations, development, and management in international organizations, such as Avans Ukrainian-Polish JV, Okta Ukrainian-Hungarian JV. 
Andriy has worked in manufacturing, retail, publishing, investment, real estate and IT. 
As Acting Director of the Agrarian Exchange he was responsible for trading, legislative initiatives, development of a regional network, and stock market activity monitoring and forecasting. 
Andriy holds a diploma from the Uzhgorod State University in Physics.
 
 
Strategic Advisors 
Kristoffer Vaughan Grude, Norway
Kristoffer V. Grude has spent many years as a leader, business developer and owner, consultant, author, and lecturer. He has been strategic advisor to all sizes of enterprises, in the public as well as the private sector. He now serves as a strategic advisor to Miratech in Norway.
Grude is one of the originators of the Goal Directed Project Management (GDPM) method, and a coauthor of a book of the same name (still a bestseller in several languages after 30 years). GDPM is an effective method that is widely implemented as a standard within public and private enterprises, and used in college and university curriculums. Grude has authored several additional books that serve as the foundation for many internal training programs on leadership and management. 
Kris received his Master of Science in Business from Norwegian School of Management The Norwegian title Siviløkonom by royal decree 1986.
 
 

Joseph Normandeau, USA
Joseph Normandeau has been Miratech Business Partner since 2014 and now serves as a strategic advisor to Miratech in USA.
Joseph has more than 25 years of experience in boutique consulting firms and as an independent consultant. His areas of excellence include PMO, Business Intelligence, Big Data as a Service, Offshore Sourcing, Front/Middle office implementations, Compliance, eComm Surveillance, Open Source Stack, and Blockchain.
Joseph’s company Salem Global Partners, with offices in New York, London, and Mumbai, provides strategic hires, resourcing and people based consultancy services to banks, financial institutions, consulting firms, and technology vendors. 
Joseph received his Bachelor`s Degree from Saint Michael's College.
