Brien Biondi, Non-Executive Director, Advisory Board Member
Brien became a member of the Board in 2016. Being based in US he is an innovative leader with broad-based experience in finance, operations, business management, governance and entrepreneurship.
Brien has more than 25 years of business management experience, with the past 12 serving in the capacities of CEO, Executive Director, and President.
Brien is Certified Public Account; his education includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from The American University, and a MBA from the College of William and Mary, with a concentration in business management.

Félix Mauron, Non-Executive Director, Advisory Board Member 
Félix Mauron became a member of the Board in 2014. He brings 20 years of skill in finance and leadership to Miratech, along with broad experience in the Swiss market. 
Mauron currently serves as CEO and board member at Abraxas Informatik AG, a Swiss ICT company offering a wide range of services for public administration authorities including police, tax administration, and department of justice. He is also a board member of ICT Switzerland.
His education includes certification in accounting and controlling, and a program in management and leadership at the University of St. Gallen. 

Matt Stocker, Non-Executive Director, Advisory Board Member
Matt joined the Miratech Board of Directors in 2014. Based in the UK, he provides vital guidance and support to the Miratech management around operational excellence and market development in the UK and EMEA.    
During his 25-year career within the telecommunications and IT industries, Matt has held various senior leadership positions with market leading technology providers such as Cable & Wireless, Genesys, Alcatel-Lucent and, currently, IPC. During his tenure at Genesys, Matt achieved double digit percentage growth on maintenance sales and led a comprehensive services portfolio rebranding effort that enabled significant EBITDA growth. While at Alcatel-Lucent, he drove large integration and efficiency efforts, and developed models to improve customer services that optimize budgets.

Nikolay Royenko, Executive Director, Board Member

After a highly successful 10-year academic career in IT, Nikolay founded Miratech in 1989 and led its progressive development into a major IT company with qualified personnel, international projects, and representation in Europe and the US.
He subsequently served as Miratech’s CEO until December 1999. 
Nikolay is also a board member of the IT Ukraine Association. He was first elected as President of the IT Ukraine Association in 2004, when the Association was founded, for a year-long term, and was re-elected in 2007 and 2015.
Stewart H. Christ, Non-Executive Director, Advisory Board Member 
Stewart H. Christ joined the Board in 2013 – he heads Miratech Business Development in North America.
With more than 30 years of business experience with the wide range of business development, management and technical skills that are required in order to lead the growth of the business enterprise, Christ is primarily responsible for supporting corporate leadership in the development and execution of business development strategies of Miratech in the US markets.
Stewart is a chapter chairman for the Washington DC & Baltimore Chapter of WPO (World President’s Organization) and a “graduate” of YPO (Young President’s Organization).
Stewart’s education includes a Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering from The University of Michigan, and a Masters in Business Administration from Marymount University, with a concentration in Finance.

Valeriy Kutsyy, Executive Director, Acting Chairman of the Board

Valeriy joined Miratech in 1998 as a software engineer and advanced through a range of positions with increasing responsibilities. He has been serving as CEO since January 1, 2008, and is running Miratech’s executive team.
He holds a Master of Science degree in applied mathematics with honors from Kyiv Taras Shevchenko University, and an Executive MBA from Kyiv Mohyla Business School. Valeriy is a member of Metro New York Chapter of WPO (World President’s Organization) and Kyiv Chapter of YPO (Young Presidents Organization).
